ok lets get this one thing out of the way first, im american, some may say cheeseburgian, some may even say gun...ian? point is im using the american system for writing out the date. not because its better but because i dont feel like spending time trying to remember to use the system the rest of the world uses each time i make a blog entry. sorry. XD
anyways woah. been awhile since i tried to do a blog on my site. i dont even really know where to begin! last time i did this it devolved into abunch of venting and becoming a really roundabout way of telling one of my friends something because talking is hard. i get thats kinda the point of blogs almost, to get what youre thinking about out there, and that being healthy and stuff blahlbalhblah but i dont care, i will (attempt) to make this not just abunch of heavy venting.
theres plenty i could talk about too! i have lots of interests (and by that i mean like, 3 big ones i could talk about lots on a blogpost). but then theres the problem of.. what if i want to make a video out of said topic? i dont really think itll matter at all, itll just make the people who read the blogpost before seeing the video feel really cool.
i could also use this as a way to talk about stuff that ive failed to make videos about! for example: sonic the hedgehog games work better with a lives system because game overs encourage you to learn to speedrun the levels, which is the most fun part of sonic games! going back and replaying the levels. why didnt that turn into a video? ...its a 3 minute topic at most.
originally the eggmanland video was meant to have this as its topic, but i eventually changed everything but the main story segments, which originally worked abit better since i was talking way more about the history of the lives in gaming.
frick now that i am actually thinking of it im getting way too many ideas! maybe i wont have to bring over some of those old 2022 blogposts over to this new website after all!
